I. Power-On Preparation

1. Connect the dedicated device battery

2. Check air pressure (0.4-0.6MPa)

3. Prepare materials (confirm tape width: 8-24mm)

II. Device Startup

1. Turn on the main power switch

2. Wait for system self-test to complete (~15 seconds)

3. Operator login (manually enter username and password)

III. Loading & Splicing Operation

1. Click the Start button

2. Place new/old tapes at both ends of the rail

3. The splicer automatically performs positioning recognition, measurement, and cuts the tested material

4. Automatically splices left/right tapes (film positioning accuracy up to ±0.2mm)

IV. Unloading Operation

1. Remove the spliced tape and place it at the feed roller position (completed tape auto-ejects)

2. Press the Unload button to collect the tape (place on take-up reel)

3. Splicing completed

V. Shutdown Procedure

1. Clean the work area (remove tape residues)

2. Turn off the main power

Notes:

- Emergency stop: Press the red emergency button

- Error codes: Refer to Chapter 7 in the manual

- Regular maintenance: Lubricate rails weekly
